About Songboxer

Songboxer is a coordination platform for working bands and the small venues that book them. It keeps your song catalog, setlists, practice schedules, and bookings in one place — so the work of running a band stops living in a dozen group chats and spreadsheets.

It’s built in the same tradition as community radio and independent record stores: useful infrastructure that doesn’t extract from the people it serves. Musicians use it free. When a band wants the full toolkit, one admin pays a small subscription that covers hosting and keeps the project independent — there are no investors to answer to and no data to sell.

We’re launching in St. Louis first, where the founder has roots and a dense, working cover-band scene to build alongside. Songboxer is operated by Usonian Studios LLC, a small studio that builds tools for the local music community.
