- What is the private beta?
- Songboxer is currently invite-only: a small group of bands is helping us refine the app before it opens to everyone. Sign-up requires an access code from the person who invited you, and Band Admin is free for beta testers.
- Who pays in a band?
- One person — the band admin — upgrades and pays. Everyone they invite uses Songboxer for free. A four-piece where one person pays $50/yr works out to about $12.50 per player.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings — your band stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- What does my subscription support?
- Songboxer runs close to cost. Your subscription covers hosting and keeps the tools independent — built for working musicians, not for investors.
- Is the free tier limited in time?
- No. The Personal tier is free for as long as you use it — build your song library with no card required.
