What’s free

The Personal plan is free for as long as you use it — track your catalog, jam, browse venues, and message rooms for solo bookings, with no card required. Anyone you invite to a band also uses Songboxer free.

What costs money

Creating and running a band is the one paid feature. The Band Admin plan is $5/mo or $50/yr. It covers the band profile, bandmate invites, setlist and practice tools, and inbound booking inquiries. Venues are free during the St. Louis beta.

Who pays in a band

Just one person — the band admin — subscribes and pays. Every member they invite gets the full toolkit for free. A four-piece where one person pays $50/yr works out to about $12.50 per player.

Change or cancel

Open Billing in your settings and choose Manage subscription. That opens our payment provider’s secure portal, where you can switch between monthly and annual, update your card, or cancel. If you cancel, your band stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
